The Space:

Welcome to the Meadowhouse!  Tucked away on three private acres at the edge of Annadel State Park, Meadowhouse is a thoughtfully designed 2-bedroom, 2-bath modern farmhouse offering a refined yet relaxed escape in one of Sonoma County’s most beloved communities. Surrounded by natural beauty and just minutes from world-renowned wineries, Michelin-starred restaurants, and charming local shops, this inviting retreat is the perfect base for exploring everything Wine Country has to offer.



Expansive windows flood the interior with soft, natural light, highlighting an open, airy layout and warm, understated elegance. Step outside to your covered patio, gather around the fire ring under the stars, or enjoy a friendly game on the bocce ball court. With miles of nearby hiking, biking, and horseback trails accessible from your doorstep, the outdoor possibilities are endless.



Whether you’re sipping a glass of local Pinot Noir on the patio or waking to birdsong and misty vineyard views, Meadowhouse offers a unique blend of comfort, privacy, and tranquility. It's ideal for a romantic getaway, a rejuvenating weekend escape, or a long, slow stay immersed in the peaceful rhythm of the Sonoma countryside.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Sonoma Valley, Kenwood is a charming and peaceful wine country village known for its world-class wineries, stunning natural landscapes, and laid-back elegance. Surrounded by rolling vineyards and backed by the scenic hills of Annadel State Park, Kenwood offers the perfect blend of rural beauty and refined experiences.



Wine lovers will enjoy close access to some of Sonoma’s most renowned wineries, including Kunde Family Winery, Deerfield Ranch, and Chateau St. Jean, each offering tastings with breathtaking views and award-winning vintages. The area is also home to intimate, farm-to-table restaurants, such as the beloved Kenwood Restaurant & Bar and nearby culinary destinations in Glen Ellen and Santa Rosa.



Getting Around:

You will need a car to get to our location, as we are about 8 minutes drive into the hills from the highway.



Other Things to Note:

TVs: All are smart-enabled. Log in to your own Netflix, Hulu, etc.





Sonos Sound System: Control via the Sonos app once connected to WiFi.





Fire Pit: Gas. Turn knob to ON, then press ignitor. Always turn off after use. If the ignitor doesn’t work, please use the lighter in the kitchen drawer by the stove. Note: check to to make sure the gas is turned on under the fake rock by the patio.





Grill: Gas-powered. Please ensure it's off when finished. Note: check to make sure the gas is on inside the cabinet of the grill before lighting.





Thermostat: Located in the hallway. We suggest enjoying the breeze with windows open in the evening—it’s part of the charm! Note: heating/cooling is managed by a heat pump so choose a temp you like and leave it on “auto” and it will make small adjustments to keep it steady.





Security: One doorbell camera only. No indoor cameras.
