This cottage, freshly painted and cleaned from top to bottom is available year round, has a fully equipped kitchen, unobstructed lake views, lakefront area for grilling and fires, WiFi and television. There is off street parking available for 2 vehicles. 

There are 2 bedrooms  - 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds, the other has a trundle bed which can become 2 twins or a 'Full'. Each bedroom has individually controlled baseboard heat. There is a futon in the living room that can accommodate up to another another 2 people. All linens are included.

The cottage is steps away from The Lighthouse Restaurant and the Black North Inn and about 1/2 mile north of The 4Cs Marina.

Fantastic place...nice view and chairs on the lake. Firepit was cool. Walking distance to to great restaurants both with bar area. Hope to stay next year.

Everything We Needed

We loved this spot for its enjoyment of closeness and view of changeable, marvelous Lake Ontario. We enjoyed the seating, the fire pit, the lake front yard. The 2 bedroom cottage was perfect for the two of us and our Italian Greyhound. We appreciated all the little touches, as well, like the watered flowers. It was definitely our home for that week, with everything we needed.

Great vacation

Perfect vacation spot for our family with dogs, it is centrally located to see local attractions, Buffalo/Niagra, Rochester and Letchworth State Park (AKA Grand Canton of the east). It was clean with great waterfront view.

R & R location

Was looking for a place to rest and relax near the water. The cottage was cute and clean. The area is quiet. I was very pleased with our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Overall a great stay. The fire pit by the lake was magnificent, perfect place for a glass of wine(our bourbon) after a long day fishing. The place was exactly as advertised, and great communication with the host. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat!

Relaxing Get-away

My wife and I greatly enjoyed staying at this cottage on Ontario Lake. The cottage was clean, well equipped, and comfy. We loved seeing the lake from the front sliding doors and enjoyed campfires at the lake's edge.

Cottage was just as advertised. Loved the view from the living room and access to the lakefront for evening campfires. Able to walk to 3 different restaurants. Very relaxing atmosphere - very responsive host. Would stay here again

Wonderful Place to Stay

The propeety was perfect. It was great having everything already there (towels, sheets, cooking utensils etc) It was quaint, and beautifully decorated. Only about an hour to Niagra Falls, made for a great day trip. Communication was great with the owners. A wonderful experience!!! great day trip.

Amazingly peaceful!

The cottage is so adorable And the views of Lake Ontario are amazing! it is located on a quiet, relaxing, dead end street, but with wineries and state parks to explore close by. there is a wonderful little restaurant just a few doors down, called the black north Inn. And a few minutes drive away ithere is the Dutch country market full of really good baked goods and necessities that you may need. The owners go above and beyond To make your stay is extraordinary!! We will definitely be coming back!

The cottage was perfect for my husband and I on our 4 day long stay. We truly enjoyed starting every morning with coffee by the lake! We took daily trips to nearby cities which was a lot of fun! The location of the cottage was perfect for us. The owners were very nice and accommodating. What a perfect place to unwind, relax, and take in the beauty of Lake Ontario!

Fantastic weekend getaway

Stayed here for a final summer hurrah! This cottage and location certainly allowed that! The cottage was clean and had everything you needed. The views of the lake from both inside and outside are stunning. Loved sitting right by the shore, hearing the waves and seeing sooo many stars at night while around a fire. Easy to walk to a few restaurants but also Medina had great shops and food. Totally relaxed after a stay at this cozy cottage right on the lake. Recommend a stay.

Super cute!

Spent a wonderful weekend with my sister and 2 friends for a girls weekend. We were very comfortable and had a wonderful, relaxed and a little bit wild time. Much needed “therapy”. Sitting by the fire right by the lake chatting about life with a cocktail or 5 was our favorite. Would love to come back. Thank you Judd!

Peaceful Getaway

We loved our quiet days watching the calm lake and our evenings sitting at the campfire. The cottage was perfect. Clean, neat, comfortable, well stocked with everything a person needed. The decor made us feel like vacation as soon as we walked in. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and were very gracious. We accidently arrived 30 min early and they were ready for us. (just needed to set the door code). We highly recommend this gem.

Great cottage with water views!

This property did great for our family. We spent 4 nights here and explored niagra falls and the towns in the area. Weather wasnt great so either all or half of us spent a lot of time just hanging around the inside and outside cottage, which was plenty of space for 4 adults. Two great restaurants within a literal stones throw which was great. House had eveeything we needed with a walmart and grocery store 15 minutes away if needed. The cabin had clean linens and plenty of towels for showers. Also on the corner 4 house down, was bundled wood for fires for super cheap. Met some neighbors who were all friendly as well. Definitely recommened this property.

Furniture

It was a peaceful stay in the fall. Cottages are really close together so summer may be different. Furniture wasn’t very comfy, queen bed mattress rolled to center) toilet rocked and while there was water right out front it wasn’t accessible due to large rocks. Because of these things I would not give it a 5. It was very clean and freshly remodeled to include a washer and dryer which was nice. Most vrbo’s we go to supply soap, shampoo/conditioner and toilet paper as well. This one did not just for a heads up. A public beach is a short drive away and it was beautiful. Restaurants very close by. Grocery was further away. Host responded very quickly and communicated well.
