"Fire alarms went off ALL NIGHT ! With in bedroom strobe lights Terrible location. Bad neighborhood. Train coming throught right next door . Breakfast was good . I will not be staying there ever again. They would not refund my money . Said they would pro rate room charge..i haven't seen it yet on credit card ."

"I would not recommend staying here. Front desk personnel just going thru the motions. Not a smile in sight and poor hospitality skills. Hotel manager non existent. Tried 4 times to talk to manager. Responses from front desk were, out sick, don’t know his schedule, he’s here somewhere, should be here. Left my phone number twice with front asking for manager to call. No response over the 4 day stay. Breakfast offerings on par with Motel 6. At 8:30am the only warm food was cheddar biscuits the size of half dollars. No thank you. Actually went and paid for breakfast due to poor breakfast at hotel. Gives you the feeling of being nickel and dime for hotel profit a quality and customer cost. Staff at this location needs training in hospitality. Does not meet Marriott standards, unless Marriott is lowering standards to chase profits. "

"The older black guy was lying in the sofa watching family feud when I arrived not at the desk so I ring the bell instructed by the sign. He yellled “what you want”. I was so confused so I told him I needed to check in. He came around to the desk and began banging the computer mouse on the desk saying it doesn’t work. He told me he can’t do anything because the mouse doesn’t work. I asked him what that means because I already paid for my room before I arrived. He called some guy on the phone and he was instructed to keep trying, take the batteries out and replace them and keep trying. We stood there over 6 minutes watching him take the batteries out and continuously replace them incorrectly. Finally we told him to turn the battery the other way and it worked. Some girl walks up and tells him to give her another room key because she left one in the room and the one she had with her isn’t working. So without even checking to verify that she actually occupied that room he gave her a key to the room. The furniture in the rooms is outdated, mold in the showers, holes in the walls and stand in the bed sheets. He told us breakfast starts at 6:30 am when we arrived downstairs at 7:10 am the breakfast area was completely empty just like the night before when we checked in. There was never any breakfast nothing to eat or drink. The same guy was sitting behind the desk eating a muffin. Also the ice machines weren’t working "

"I have never been to a US hotel (especially not one as disgusting as this) that would not check me in without making & keeping a copy of my driver's license. I was happy to present it, but there is absolutely no reason for them to make a copy. Or insist on keeping the copy upon my check out."
