"Andreas Praß went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. He truly is an exceptional representative of the Dorint Hotel. Other than that, the room wasn’t cleaned, their new telephone system wasn’t working and toilet needed to be fixed. Five stars for Andrea’s P,, but only 2 for everything else."

"The room was incredibly clean and the staff was so kind and helpful. They were able to check us in way earlier than our checkin time. They communicated well and emailed us before our stay. They even let us keep our bags with them AFTER checkout so we can walk around, grab food before our flight. I would definitely come back. I'm glad I chose them for our stay. "

"There is no reception and the only way to get the keys is to call some guy that comes over and gives the keys. Since the hotel has no reception or computer, they don't know who is coming, so I better bring a receipt of payment and a booking confirmation. The fact that the staff barely speaks German or English is also not making this complicated conversation any easier. The rooms were ok though and at least very cheap."
