Nestled on 2 private acres at the end of a quiet road, this renovated 1908 Queen Victorian offers the perfect Kennebunkport getaway. Sleeping up to 13 guests, the home features tasteful updates and brand-new furniture. Best of all, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the heart of Dock Square’s dining and retail scene. Privacy, history, and convenience all in one!
First floor: (there is a small 3-5 step staircase to get to the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)

House was as described and was perfect for our family trip to Maine. Great location and can walk to town which was a huge bonus. Host was a great at communicating and very responsive to our needs.

We had a fantastic time with friends for Prelude and would definitely return. The trundles were tricky for our age group. Nobody wanted to get stepped on in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. The space and the layout is great. In the Winter months more lighting is needed in the Parlor and in the living room, we imagine in the summer the natural light is amazing and wait to return in the Spring for a family wedding! Kitchen is incredibly equipped and bathrooms were great never ran out of hot water or pressure with 8 women getting ready at once!!
