"Stayed one night after a work event in Swansea. Decor is dated and could do with a coat of paint in the rooms. But clean and a perfectly good budget hotel. Breakfast was included in my booking and had the added surprise that I could have it delivered to my room! Would stay again!"

"Spacious room and very friendly staff. Good Wi—Fi connectivity (might seem like a strange thing to mention but several hotels fail at this). Breakfast in the restaurant was served quickly, was generous and very good. One downside to mention is the lack of air conditioning. Seems like many UK hotels are still allergic to them, for some reason. Seems like in this day and age having an AC should be the bare minimum. Fortunately the temperature was not too high. "Great hotel at a reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of options hot or cold. Sofa bed was a little on the small side for our teens to share but for one night it did the job. Room was clean and quiet. Easy drive in to Swansea the next day for our graduation event. Really pleased with our stay here."
