Kenedy Ball Park Tours and Activities

The AC was out in our room. The staff gave us the runaround at first telling us they’d send a maintenance man right away…. After 30 minutes and no maintenance man I call back asking for a new room. The lady at the front desk said she’d find a new room for me and that she’d call me back. She never called back. I had to call her to tell her I was checking out and I needed a refund. The temperature in the room was reading 86 degrees.. mind you this was late July in San Antonio. I was so disappointed with this hotel. It’s a beautiful historic property, but I will NEVER stay here again.

I liked the fact that i felt transported back to the prohibition era. The lobby was unique marble floors even the original elevator.
