"I was looking for a place to do a weekend of training for our missions team. This place was perfect. It was big enough for all 11 of us. It also had plenty of room to practice our dramas. We all loved the 4 seasons room with the view of the lake and that is where we had our meetings. Several of us ate breakfast on the porch also with a view of the lake. It was very overcast but a few of them braved getting into the water! I will definitely be renting this place again for training all my teams if it is available. Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful place."

"This was me and my husband's 1st time staying with Crewe Botique and it was very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and needed to stay for 2nights. It was such a cute, small but comfortable place to lay our heads. Thought it was so convenient to have a diner nearby by on the same lot. Loved that breakfast was free! I was able grab a yogurt, bagel and orange juice before heading out which was nice. I would definitely stay here again! Staff was very friendly as well! "

"Our family of four generations enjoyed a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend at The Great Escape. It is a lovely property, well maintained and with plenty of fun activities for any age. The views are amazing from most any room in the home. I love that the owners pay great attention to detail and ensure that guests have access to everything needed during the stay and has provided meticulous notes to assist with a stress free visit! My niece, a local TV anchor, enjoyed the visit enough to mention how wonderful our visit to Lake Gaston was during her news broadcast! Truly a splendid family trip!"
