About this property
Stellar House!
- Newly Renovated! Newly Furnished-3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with a large yard and a single-car garage. There is a covered deck in the back of the house with a BBQ grill. You must let us know if you will be cleaning your own fish that you catch and we can set up a fish-cleaning area outside. We have a large freezer in the garage for you to keep your cleaned fish in! NO CLEANING FISH INSIDE THE HOUSE OR IN THE GARAGE! You will need to dispose the fish waste at our local waste sight only minutes away from the house.
You will be very close to the mouth of the Kenai river and a city park...its all within walking distance! We have airbeds with air pumps and bedding for extra sleeping for our guests.
*The property has one security camera (only active on check-in and check-out days) outside pointed at the front entryway. The camera is for the security and safety for our guests and our property. There are no cameras inside the home.
