"We always stay here when we visit Kempten. The hotel is very well run and offers a great choice of rooms. We usually book a garden room which is big enough for the two of us and our small dog. The rooms are comfy and clean, the staff welcoming, friendly and very professional. Breakfast is amazing with so much choice and it is frequently topped up so very fresh. If I could change one thing it would be the pillows as I find them not very good. "

Wenn einmal etwas war, konnte man jederzeit jemanden erreichen – das war sehr beruhigend. Auch unsere Kinder hatten viel Freude und alles, was man brauchte, war in der Umgebung vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich sympathisch, immer hilfsbereit und dabei angenehm unaufdringlich. Man merkt einfach, dass hier alles mit Herz gemacht wird. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! "

"Beautiful boutique hotel .. one of the best that I have visited. Lovely location on the river, nice views. We had a mezzanine room on the top floor bedroom with a bathroom above. Very clean. Location very good for access to the old town. Lots of Parking on site. The hotel does not have a restaurant but there is a fantastic Greek restaurant in the building which is not managed by the hotel.( However,this is where you take breakfast). When we visited the breakfast was very busy and some items were unavailable. The staff on reception are exceptional.. very helpful. Everything was first class. The only suggestion that I can give is that robes be made available ( especially because you negotiate steps to the bathroom in this type of room). Also, it would be appreciated to have cotton sheets on the mattress not the fitted type as used. Otherwise all is good.!"
