  • This newly renovated and bright holiday rental is located on the ground floor, very close to the city centre. It’s just a 9-minute walk to Kempten’s pedestrian zone. The apartment itself is a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Engelhaldepark, which is perfect for lovely walks and features playgrounds.
    Across the street is the Iller River, where you can also enjoy the fresh air.

    The bedroom features a large box-spring bed.
    In the living-dining area, two additional adults can sleep on the sofa bed.

    The highlight of the apartment is a small private terrace with seating near the entrance.

    !!! Failure to comply with the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of 250 euros. Signs of non-compliance may include, among other things, the smell of smoke or traces of ash. The fine must be paid upon departure. By booking this accommodation, you agree to the house rules and the contractual penalty !!!

Kurzurlaub

Zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir gebucht haben war die Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmern ausgeschriebenen, daher waren wir enttäuscht. Es ist eine neue moderne Wohnung, die Altstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen.

Top Ferienwohnung

Schöner Kurzurlaub im Allgäu. Wohnung liegt in Kempten. Zur Altstadt sind es nur knapp 5 Minuten. Ein schöner Park sowie viele Essensmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Zu allen guten Ausflugszielen ist man schnell von Kempten aus in 30 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Lage

Innenstadtnahe Lage,alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es war durch die viel befahrene Straße etwas laut. Einrichtung war super.
