That was unfortunate but understandable, but I was never acknowledged and when I was able to begin, was abandoned to another guest before completing. The location may be a bit pedestrian but it's a block from main shopping promenade and easy walk to the confluence of the Rhein and Mosel which is a gorgeous promenade and must do. Loved this hotel. Spectacularly beautiful, with helpful staff, gorgeous sauna, etc. The problem is that they built the doors so well (heavy) that the underlying structure of the building physically shakes everytime someone slams ANY door in the building. And as the place is always sold out, the doors will slam a lot, as the people who were sharing the hotel with me were doing ALL NIGHT. Their restaurant is just couple of minutes away and is a gem. I highly recommend to go there for a dinner you will not regret, the food is just delicious. "Great spot for my stay in Andernach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in was quick. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was perfect for my few days in the city. I had a problem with my room card which was sorted quickly by the staff. There were some restaurants nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from plenty of other options. There was a small public car park across the road (filled up very quickly) or a larger one 5 minutes walk away....
