This property is at a very good location with a nice beach and several clean pools. Personnel is fine. The property is also clean overall. However, its main restaurant was invaded by flies during our stay. It was not possible to enjoy the food, especially the dessert which was always covered by several flies. This indicates an insensitive management to sanitation.

Great holiday destination and fab services

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, great facilities and very fresh and lovely food. Only issue I would say it cleaners need to be better they tidied rather than cleaned. Luchia on guest relations was amazing lady and best customer service person ever dealt with. She helped sort maintenance issue that without her wouldn’t have got sorted so quickly and she’s very firmed it n sweet!!

It's definitely not 5 star. Tired in a lot of areas. Staff are not friendly. Our room was overlooking a water park for The hotel next door. So not nice to look at and loud every single night til midnight. Our room was not cleaned every day and did not restock the fridge every day. We had a good time despite this but this is NOT a 5 star resort.

Location, Beach and mountains behind are surreal. Rooms in general are good even the ones without sea or pool view. Food is good but could be better, I think less options and better quality is better. Family rooms with sofa is much bigger than double or twin rooms. If a cool room is important to you make sure the AC is cool enough before accepting the room. This is a family with children resort so expect a bit of noise. I like late checkout because they let you extend and pay per hour- win win. Check the Wi-Fi signal in your room before accepting the room. Some room have poor Wi-Fi signal.

This hotel has all conditions to be top class. Fantastic location, beautiful architecture and park, thrilling water slides. The see is great around Kemer and the beach is fine, although with stones. However, some areas need considerable improvements (on the positive side, guest service is very attentive to client feedback and certain improvements were noted during our stay): 1 Sunbeds on the beach. At the beginning there were simply not enough. After a few days the put of additional sunbeds, without umbrellas though. Still, there was no beach staff, other than the ones giving towels. People reserved sun-beds with whatever they had, did not show up for half of the day, and the staff did not care. 2. Main restaurant. On the first days, I had the impression that most of the staff simply did not know what to do. Everyone was busy but it was very hard to get anyone to clean the table, bring drinks etc. Cleaning was weakest point. A couple of times I was the first to come for lunch, I tried at least five tables and they all looked as if someone had sitten there before. 3 Poor information. Key holder had QR code with a link, but in my view info was not sufficient and user friendly. Overall, we are rather positive for the price paid. We had to nice adjacent Laguna Superior rooms for the family of five. I recommend these rooms on the ground floor with a terrace and direct access to the swimming pool.

Upon arriving to the resort we were given a room with a broken airconditioner, when addressing the issue we had to wait almost 6 hours until we were given another room, the second room we were given had no hot water so the checkin wasn't until 11 pm. Spend over 10 hours until settled in our roo. That also had some broken hardware all over the room. Staff was not very friendly, anything we would order at restaurants or buffet we had to wait for a long time sometimes they would just forget and never bring it. Its definitely not a 5 star resort i would give it a solid 3 1/5 starts.

Very disappointing

Overall very disappointing. Was not expecting a quality matching with the top tier or second tier hotels in the same area / same concept but a decent quality was expected. Lack of management and supervision for any areas ruining the experience and same brings a problem overall hygiene as managing common areas for too many guests requires extra care, everyone in the group got sick with stomach bug. Staff are unprofessional and not trained at all for their duties as well as seen unhappy/ not motivated. They are not aware about customer expectations and satisfaction and some of them are really aggressive. Rooms are lacking attention with missing items and lack of maintenance. For example air conditioner was making huge noise due to not maintained properly with a very dirty filter ( see the photos). Luckily only stayed 4 days. Only good point is the layout of the hotel as they allocated pools in between living quarters. Surely deleting this hotel and any of their group from our list.
