Kesinlikle 5 yıldızlı bir otel değil ,fitness merkezi dedikleri paslanmaz çürük bozuk aletlerle dolu,kapalı havuz sanki bir otoparkın altına yapılmış dermeçatma süs havuzu gibi. Yemekler güzel,çeşitlilik bol.Odalar 3 yıldızlı otel kalitesinde.Alkollü içkiler kötü,alkolsüzler fena değil. Plajda kolay kolay yer bulmak mümkün değil ,yani verdiğim parayı kesinlikle haketmiyor.

Очень гостеприимны отель

Прекрасный отель, очень отзывчивый русско-говорящий персонал. Разместили без предварительного бронирования, что очень помогло в непростой ситуации( 23:00, Хилтон поблизости аннулировал бронь и отказался селить). Отель очень понравился, бассейн, пляж, бар, спа все на уровне. Спасибо Вам огромное!!!

Güzel bir tatildi.

Yemekler hizmet temizlik gayet güzel konumu çok çok iyi. Plajı denizi havuzu animasyonları gayet başarılı ala carte restorantı olmaması iyi olmamış. Kötü yorumları okudum beklentimi yükseltmedim ama beklediğimden çok çok daha başarılı çıktı.

DO NOT STAY HERE - Read reviews

Worse experience ever . Went here at midnight to check in. They could not find our reservation after showing our confirmation and payment to hotels.com , they wanted to check us in with a condition of paying same amount as deposit in cash . We asked to speak to manger , they said there is no manager on duty . We gave up and paid them . Booked me in a handicapped room and room occupied with other people . We went back to front desk and they said they gave us two wrong room and end up giving us two different rooms . Went to rooms and slept . Hotel is very dark and feels depressing . I will not recommend this hotel nor I will ever stay again . Staff is rude and not friendly . Hotel is dirty and feels like you are in a under ground bazar.

Firstly,its not known as the Grand Haber Hotel any more! its the Rox Royal.So finding the place was great fun... Nobody in the hotel staff spoke English.Has 90% + of the guest were Russians that's fair enough,if frustrating,but my girlfriend is fluent in Russian.and she struggled communicating with the staff. We both found the staff rude and very unhelpful.In fact they seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful.One night removing salt and pepper pots from our table,without asking, during our main course,well within the opening period of the restaurant . also consistently removing utensils from tables without a word or indication .Music blared out from all pools all the time the restaurant opening period. There are external bars etc to the left of the hotel blasting out music till 4am every night. Great fun! I've always said 'jokingly 'as long as i could get a beer in a bar,i'd be alright, well i wasnt here.In the bar off the main restaurant ,they didnt know what a beer was! Even if you cant speak english,i thought that the word Beer was pretty universal .The so called air conditioning didnt work

Bece 5* lık bir Hotel değil. Personel çok iyi olsa da oda daki banyo kesinlikle 5* değil di. Duş aldıktan sonra banyo her seferinde yerler ıslaktı. Su akıtıyor du. Tuvaletin duvardaki şifon çekme yeri için 3 defa tamire geldiler. Hatta bir kere yere bile düştü. Bunlar misafir girmeden tamir edilmeliydi. Sabah kahvaltısında servis güzel di. Garsonlar çok ilgilydi
