Exceptional Service

Staff is 5 Star Service all the way around, but housekeeping wins the highest of the high marks! I was well cared for everywhere I went. The cocktails were fabulous particularly the Signature Cocktail pictured below. Housekeeping kept coming up with new ways to make me feel special. And the view from my room was beautiful. Pros - many facilities for children of all ages - children's dinning facilities with access to milk, microwave and a bottle steriliser - staff were helpful and most spoke English - the variety of food is incredible and presented beautifully - the area is beautiful and well looked after - there’s a free Starbucks on site! - they have a virgin cocktail menu (highly recommend) - plenty of desserts (even when food hall is closed they have snack areas open) - Burquini is welcome Cons - the Wi-Fi signal was not the best - the resort is located next to other resorts and our room was right next to the neighbouring resorts disco/night club. The loud music would play allllll night long which made it hard to sleep (especially for the kids)

The biggest problem was mosquitoes. There were over 50 bites on my feet and legs. It annoyed me for 2-3 days. This happened mostly at Mia Casa Bar. I informed the Guest Relations regarding the problem. She said they also received a similar complaint from another guest. She said pesticides are applied periodically but apparently it doesn't work with their application method. Another issue though minor problem for me was that there were almost no drink serve to the tables by stuff. They occasionally asked what to drink but most of time we had to ask or get our drinks from the bar. They neither know how to serve rakı. Pros: Drink variety and availability, food was good and delicious. Tidy, clean hotel. The other cons beside above: No dim light for toilet in the room. Very low quality toilet paper in the room for an hotel at this level.

Everything was great, but for the price paid I expected a better food choices and selection. For example there was very little lamb dishes. Seafood was limited and tasted rather bland. I liked the beach, water and nightly entertainment.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Anlage war ebenfalls sehr sauber. Das einzige Problem war der +16 Pool der mit Kindern voll war. Die Dame und der Herr am Empfang vom Spa könnten auch mal netter sein.

Wir befinden uns derzeit noch im Mirage Park Resort und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Nachdem unsere Tochter Zöliakie hat, befindet sie sich mit dem glutenfreien Restaurant natürlich im Schlaraffenland. Sie kann ohne Bedenken und 100 mal nachfragen durchs Buffet gehen und Sachen probieren die sonst nicht möglich wären. Dies war der Hauptgrund bei der Buchung, jedoch wurden wir auch sonst in keinster Weise enttäuscht. Das Resort wurde komplett renoviert. Die Zimmer sind neu, jedoch hatten/haben wir ein kleines Problem mit der Duschtasse, welches von Guest Relation aufgenommen wurde, jedoch während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht behoben werden kann. Dies tut dem Gesamterlebnis aber keinen Abbruch. Der neue Kinderrutschenturm ist super, leider ist eine Rutsche defekt. Dafür kann das Hotel aber auch nichts. Der große Rutschenturm erfüllt aber auch alle unsere Wünsche. Schön wäre es allerdings, wenn die Rutschen bis 18 Uhr geöffnet hätten. Auch die Metallliegen fühlen sich wertiger an als Plastikliegen. Auch das nicht glutenfreie Essen ist sehr gut, habe noch nie so viel Lachs gesehen :-). Auch das neue Konzept mit QR Codes um Getränke auf der Liege am Pool zu bestellen finden wir toll. Einzig schade, dass die Signature Cocktails nicht abrufbar sind und man dafür erst wieder zur Bar muss, was uns aber bei der Fülle der Gastro definitiv nicht schadet! Wenn man sich was wünschen dürfte bei der Gastro wären das Red Bull (Sugar Free) und so frische Joghurt/Obst/Granola/Acai Bowls z

Överlag var vistelsen bra. Hotellet erbjöd ett bra all inclusive-koncept med flera bassänger, en fin strand och många aktiviteter för både barn och vuxna. Maten var god och varierad. Spaavdelningen var helt okej, men ganska liten. Tyvärr var inomhuspoolen avstängd för reparation under hela vår vistelse, vilket var tråkigt. Hotellet är stort och var fullbokat, men trots det gick det att hitta lugnare platser. Den lilla djurparken med påfåglar, ankor, kaniner och höns var mycket uppskattad av vår 10-åring. Det fanns också en stor och fin lekplats för de yngre barnen. Städningen fungerade bra och personalen var i allmänhet trevlig och hjälpsam. Det som fungerade sämre var restaurangen. Det var ofta svårt att hitta ett ledigt bord, och personalen där var inte särskilt hjälpsam. Om man inte själv bad om hjälp fick man gå runt flera varv innan man hittade en plats. Samtidigt såg vi flera gånger att mindre sällskap satt vid stora bord som de egentligen inte behövde. Det skapade onödig platsbrist. Det var tråkigt att personalen inte gjorde något åt situationen, eller inte verkade vilja göra det. Detta är inget man förväntar sig på ett femstjärnigt hotell. Solstolarna vid bassängerna var, som väntat, upptagna från tidig morgon till sen kväll. Många gäster reserverade dem genom att lägga ut hotellhanddukar utan att lämna några personliga tillhörigheter. Personalen hade enkelt kunnat samla ihop handdukarna och frigöra platser, men det gjordes inte. Även här fick gästerna lösa situa

Otel konum, hizmet ve yemekler açısından oldukça iyiydi. Biraz eskimiş olsa da genel olarak iyi. İlk odamızdan bir tesisat problemi yüzünden daha iyi bir odaya alınsak da yeni odamızda sıcak yüzünden gece uyumakta problem çektik çünkü uzun süre kullanımladığı için sıcaktı ve oda tam soğumadan gece 11.00 de klimalar söndürüldü. Bu sebepten biz sıcaktan uyuyamadık. Suit odada olası gereken bazı ekstralar yoktu (ütü-vücut kremi-diş seti-traş seti vs) Otel odaları ve oda servisi iyi bir bakımdan geçerse çok güzel olacaktır.

Mauvais accueil du responsable enregistrement / pas de chambre disponible avec vue sur mer conforme à la réservation sans explication (plusieurs personnes dans le même situation). Obtention d'une chambre seulement après 2h de discussion houleuse. Suite du sejour formidable, plage / activités/ restaurant super.
