I would like to share my complete opinion about this hotel.
First of all, I want to thank the hotel because we had several enjoyable days here and, overall, we had a positive experience.
That said, I also think it's important to mention some areas that need improvement.
The hotel offers good recreational facilities, and there are plenty of activities to keep guests entertained. It is especially suitable for families.
However, there are several issues that, if addressed, could make this hotel truly outstanding.
First, the cleanliness of the rooms was only average. During our stay, we saw several very large cockroaches in our room, and there were also many ants. This made us feel stressed and prevented us from relaxing comfortably.
Second, the dishes and utensils in the kitchen and breakfast area were often not clean, and the tables were not cleared or cleaned promptly.
Third, the food selection was quite limited, and the menu was repetitive. There was very little difference between the lunch and dinner options.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were satisfied with their attitude. However, the hotel would benefit from stronger management and better attention to cleanliness and food quality.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hotel's efforts, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience
