Terrible accommodation. On our first night there were no rooms available to accommodate us. We were brought to another location which was utterly disgusting. Shower head was broken, door lock broken, long queues for food, limited seating and the list goes on.

Not the nicest place to stay. I was there 26 days and the room was cleaned once after a week. Had to ask for towels and toilet roll. Two days before I was due to leave the guy said ohh we need to clean your room 😂 Worst part was the noise and the nature in the evening a member of staff was assaulted and another occasion the police had to be called for an out of hand guest. This was usually at 3 in the morning when the parties stopped. A regular occurrence at this hotel. Unfortunately every time this happened the offender was English…..shameful. I actually feel sorry for the people who work in this hotel and have to deal with this week in week out. I don’t recommend for families as this hasn’t got a great atmosphere……people drinking way too much and being loud and not very nice.

Genel olarak fiyatina gore makul bir konaklama oldu. Tek gece konakladim, aksam yemegi ve kahvalti ogunleri fena degildi. Yiyecek ve Icecek Aksam yemeginde ana yemeklerde biraz daha cesitlilik olabilirdi. Kahvaltiya nazaran eksik buldum. Ayrica yemeklerin yapildigi malzemeler biraz ucuza kacilmis gibiydi. Malzemelerin biraz daha kaliteli olmasini isterdim. Sabah kahvaltidaki menemen guzeldi. Cesitlilik de fena degildi odenen ucrete gore gayet makuldu. Resepsiyon Check in guzeldi guler yuzlu bir karsilama vardi. Personel samimiydi. Hizli bir giris oldu. Kat hizmetleri ve oda Odadaki esyalar biraz eski, tabi verilen ucrete gore cok da vasat degil tabi. Sac kurutma makinesi cok eskiydi biraz 1980 ler havasi verdi. Odada bir adet sandalye olmasini isterdim. Klima duzgun calisiyordu. Havlular ve carsaflar temizdi. Zaten tek gece kaldigim icin herhangi bir oda temizligine ihtiyac duymadim. Odadaki genel olarak kalacak kisinin kullandigi malzemeler eski. Ornegin duş basligi kirikti. Sac kurutma eksikti vs. Misafir portfoyu Havuzu hic kullanmadim ama gordugum kadariyla diger misafirler ailecek gelmislerdi yani cocuk sayisi biraz yuksek. Havuzda uzanayim kafa dinliyim diye dusunuyorsaniz bence pisman olursunuz.

Wir waren 10 Tage in Antalya, trotz Reservierung umd dass wir gebucht hatten, war kein Zimmer für uns frei ,sehr ärgerlich....wir sind in einer Notunterkunft untergebracht worden,für eine Nacht. Dann hatten wir ein Zimmer bekommen, welches anders war,als dass was wir gebucht hatten. Das Essen war immer abwechslungsreich und genügend immer zur Auswahl!Trotz allem ist die Inhaberin immer freundlich und hilfsbereit Der Strand ist gut zu erreichen und Geschäfte sind auch überall um die Ecke.

Wir waren zu dritt in diesem Hotel. An der Rezeption wurden wir sehr Nett, obwohl sehr viel zutun war, von Turhan bey und einem der Mitarbeiter Ismail, ein junger, sehr Engagierter Mann empfangen. Es gab Frühstück, Mittagessen und Abendessen zu bestimmten Zeiten. Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend. Der Swimmingpool besaß eine Rutsche aber leider, aus Platzgründen, zu wenig Liegestühle...könnte besser sein...ist aber auch egal, da das Meer sehr leicht zu erreichen war. Es wurde stets sauber gemacht. Die MitarbeiterInnen hatte immer ein Ohr für unsere Bedürfnisse. Die rüstige Dame Ayşe Abla, die Inhaberin des Hotels, hatte stets für Ordnung gesorgt. Dabei war sie immer sehr freundlich und fürsorglich....Es war einfach schön bei euch. Vielen Dank Übrigens möchte ich sagen, dass Herr Turhan Bey mehr als fünf Sterne verdient Hayırlı işler, görüşmek üzere Umut, Fikret und Terkan

Wir würden diesem Hotel nicht einmal einen Stern geben,leider geht das ja nicht.Am Tag unserer Ankunft wurde uns durch den Hotelmanager mitgeteilt,dass es keine freien Zimmer gebe.Dabei hatten wir schon einige Tage im Voraus-All invlusive- gebucht und bezahlt.Wir sollten bis zur Aufklärung doch bitte im sogenannten Speisesaal, Platz nehmen.Während der Warterei konnten wir die Speisen in Augenschein nehmen und das,was wir sahen, ließ uns den Atem stocken.Der Fisch roch übelserregend und sah nur widerlich aus und die restlichen Gerichte bestanden aus Fertignudeln und etwas Obst in Form von einer kahlen Wassermelone.Überall waren Fliegen.Als wir dann irgendwann unsere Zimmer sehen durften, ohne dass wir eingescheckt hatten,stockte uns sprichwörtlich erneut der Atem.Die Zimmer rochen massivst nach Nikotin und die angeblichen Betten bestanden aus zweidurchgelegenen, triefenden Matratzen die aufeinandergestapelt waren.Die Zimmer waren nicht nur heruntergekommen, sondern auch dreckig und an einigen Stellen sah man schon schwarzen Schimmel.Alles lebensbedrohlich!!Die Zimmer entsprachen nicht im Mindesten den Bildern die wir im Internet gesehen hat.Die Zimmer hatten eine Größe von nicht mehr als 8qm.Und da sollen zwei Personen schlafen.Wir haben nicht eingecheckt und haben sofort storniert, weil das Hotel eine Gefahr für Leib und Leben darstellte.
