Welcome to a peaceful stay in a furnished barn-style home set high on an 8-acre hillside property with beautiful views, trees, mountain and lake scenery, and plenty of outdoor space. The private suite includes a king-size bed with nightstands, two closets, blackout blinds, a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a portable fan. Your en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single sink, while utilities and WiFi are included for a convenient extended stay.

Guests have access to the entire home and its outdoor spaces. The large, fully equipped kitchen includes an island with stools, a stove, a microwave, a full-size refrigerator, and kitchen essentials. The open-concept living room has a Smart TV, a three-seater couch, individual seating, and a large, comfortable dining table that works well for meals, studying, or getting work done. A separate workspace is also available, along with a pool table room.

Outside, a huge deck overlooks Mount Konocti and offers a comfortable setting for taking in sunsets and the surrounding mountain and lake scenery. Guests can also use the BBQ, outdoor garden area, raised garden beds, hiking trails, and fully fenced backyard. A private deck with lounge chairs and a table provides another place to relax outdoors. The property's obsidian ground cover adds a distinctive touch to the natural setting. A large gated entrance leads onto the property, and plenty of parking is available on the premises in front. Most pets are welcome, with optional pet sitting available while you're at work. The owner lives separately in a detached studio.

Downtown Kelseyville is approximately 5 to 7 miles away from local dining, shopping, groceries, services, the Kelseyville Food Center, and Main Street restaurants. Clear Lake State Park is approximately 10 to 15 miles away for hiking, boating, fishing, and lake access. Healthcare professionals are approximately 15 to 20 miles from Sutter Lakeside Hospital in Lakeport and 20 to 25 miles from Adventist Health Clear Lake. Highways 175 and 29 provide connections throughout Lake County, while Lake Transit serves Kelseyville with routes to Lakeport, Clearlake, Lower Lake, and surrounding communities.
