Verbindungstür zur Vermieterwohnung
Es gibt leider eine Verbindungstür zwischen dem Schlafzimmer der vermieteten Ferienwohnung und dem vom Vermieter bewohnten Teil des Hauses. Die Tür ist zwar vermieterseitig abgeschlossen, aber sehr hellhörig, weil es nur eine schlichte Innentür ist. Auch der Zigarrettenqualm der Vermieterin dringt leider durch und ist zu riechen. Eine äußerst unschöne Situation. Ich habe das Schlafzimmer nur als Kofferablage nutzen mögen. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad haben außerdem kein Fenster. Zum Glück war das Wetter gut, die überdachte Terrasse schön und ich war viel unterwegs. Die Küche ist sehr klein, enthält aber prinzipiell alles Nötige. In der Dusche sind einige der kleinen Bodenfliesen herausgebrochen. Um die Wohnung zu betreten, muss man draußen am Wohnzimmer der Vermieter entlang in den Garten gehen. Die Wohnung war zwar ansonsten gepflegt ist und die Vermieter haben sich Mühe gegeben, aber unter den gegebenen Umständen kann ich eine Anmietung nicht empfehlen.

Kurzurlaub kellinghusen
Kleine gemütliche Ferienwohnung, mit schöner überdachter Terrasse. Wir haben die Ruhe genießen können. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zu vorkommend. Wenn wir nochmal in der Nähe wären gerne wieder.

toller Kurzurlaub in SH
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und komplett ausgestattet und liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnumgebung in Kellinghusen. Die Lage ist für Ausflüge auch nach Kiel oder Flensburg ideal (Bahnhof Wrist ist nur 3 km entfernt, dort kann man gut und kostenlos parken.) Gute Einkaufsmöglicheiten (2 sehr gut sortierte Edeka-Märkte in der Nähe.) Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterfamilie. Gerne wieder.

Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und die Wohnung ist optimal ausgelegt als Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das parken vor dem Haus ist ein großes Plus.

Dejligt, lejemålet indeholder en skøn terasse og vi kunne lave mad, få et dejligt bad og sove i en fortrinlig seng foruden der er en udemærket lille stue med tv. Et rart værtspar, var med til at gøre opholdet til noget særligt.

Sehr schöne ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung
Wir haben bei Familie Peters eine kleine gemütliche, vollausgestattete, saubere vorgefunden, mit sehr netten Eigentümern, wo auch der Hund herzlich willkommen ist. Eine gemütliche Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen (auch mit Hund)
Die ebenerdige Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung, angrenzend ans Haus der sehr netten Vermieter und deren 2 Katzen und bietet ausreichend alles, was man sich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt wünscht, einschließlich einer großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Blick auf einen großen Garten. Der Ort und die Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 20 Minuten zu erreichen und Kellinghusen ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft gerne weiter empfehlen
