Holiday Homes in Kelleys Island State Park

"A well-appointed house on a canal in a rural area close ( a few minutes) to Port Clinton, with plenty of room for the four of us. Our stay was very short but would definitely choose it again. One point, one of the beds is a full-size mattress turned sideways so very wide but not suitable for adults unless you sleep "across" it. We were there to bird the famous Magee Marsh and Ottawa NWR, it was great for that and if you have a boat you can tie up right there."

"It was great! The listing on VRBO did not tell much of anything about it though. Had I known we were going to be right on the lake we'd have brought chairs and beach towels. It doesn't say anything about that or that it is a campground like setting. But we loved that it was quiet and secluded. The room was clean. The lock on the door is very hard to operate. The bathroom faucet is stiff and you feel like you're going to break it when adjusting temps but it works fine."

"The house is completely updated, comfortable, and so clean!...and the back patio is great for hosting a cookout! The owners were excellent to work with and made themselves available for any questions. The location is perfect for walking to Old Homestead Beach and DQ!:). We can’t wait to come back!"

"Very nice property neighbors were super nice...only downside on the property was there were no outlets in the front yard which made charging our boats a challenge; but we figured it out and made it work and the big bathroom shower drain did not drain very well...other than than we had absolutely zero complaints! A couple bunk beds added would be a good addition as well.. "
