"This was the best hotel in the area and the only one with a Tesla EV Charger on the property, which is what initially made us book our stay. The entire hotel was spotless, everything was well maintained, and the property was well lit—something especially important to us as out-of-town visitors traveling through rural Texas. Our room was really clean and updated. It smelled clean!! The pillows could have been a little better, not the comfiest, but the cleanliness really made up for it. Breakfast was free and surprisingly delicious and tasty! Our kids really liked their waffle, and the bacon and eggs were freshly made and yummy! We normally prefer to eat out because hotel breakfasts aren’t the best, but this breakfast was even better than restaurant options nearby! The pool was clean and the gym was well maintained as well. The coffee was absolutely delicious, so make sure to grab a cup before heading out! They also had a great selection of snacks that our kids really enjoyed, although the snacks are extra and not included. The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and kind to us and our young children. We will definitely stay here again when we return to visit our family in November!"

"Overall it was a good stay but there were areas that could have been better. The bathroom fan did not work or wasn’t hooked up, the toilet had some mildew inside the rim that was very evident and disgusting, you can hear the trains, and there was a weird creak or noise coming from either one of the beds or the wall behind it or the a/c unit. We couldn’t figure it out. There were many choices at breakfast and the coffee was better than most hotels."
