"The staff where v friendly and checked us in early. The breakfast was ok, plenty of food but only warm. The description of the property was bad. The description said we could cool off in the pool, there's no pool, only the spa which is expensive to use. Also described the property as having ocean view, we assumed Ipoh was closer to the coast as it was our first visit, definitely no ocean view!! The room was made up every day with fresh water and towels. The location was within walking...

"The sound proof of the hotel is very bad. Early morning we can hear outside noise so clearly, very noisy. The design of the toilet is very bad too, there is no place to put your things & the whole toilet is very wet after bath. But the staff is excellent, very good service."

Exceptionally lovely service by the owner, who pays good attention to needs and advice. Breakfast and lunch is in the same building (from same owner + discount) and in the same style. "It was very hard to find the check in counter of the hotel, which definitely doesn't look like a check in counter. Also, nobody was there, you are expected to call a number written on the desk (if you can?!). The rooms are clean and nice. But you can hear everything happening in the other rooms and in the aisle."
