"I kept hearing a bang, every 30 minutes or so, all night. I thought it was someone rattling my door, at about 3 a.m. I realized it was my refrigerator. Plus right out my window, was what became a drag strip, ALL NIGHT LONG. Cars would romp on it and bake the tires all the way up onto Interstate 5. I mentioned both of these irritating items to the front desk upon my checkout, and they didn't even offer me a discount for the MAJOR INCONVENIENCES. I got ZERO SLEEP HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE."

"The kitchen didn't have any pots, pans, etc to cook with. The gentleman doing the breakfast was great. The lady needed some help. Customer service was great at the desk!! Thx for the stay"

"This is the second time renting this beautiful home. Krystal is always really responsive. The wines they put out for purchase are delicious and well-priced. The rooms and beds are cozy and we sleep well. The jacuzzi is always working and a delight. The kitchen is well-stocked in basics, pans, dishes, etc. You don’t have to but our kids love starting the day feeding the fish in the koi pond, feeding the hummingbirds, the goats, gathering eggs, saying hi to the horses. It makes it a great experience for them too. "

"Stay on the third floor because people walk over your head really loud. So loud that I had a call downstairs but they didn’t do anything about it. Had to wear earplugs. Staff wasn’t very welcoming that night checking in."
