"The electric was off when we arrived. We went out one day and when we got back the keypad didn’t work. There was a night the WiFi didn’t work and we woke up at 6:00am the next morning to the electric going out all over again. The water in the shower did not stay hot for very long. The sink in the kitchen didn’t get hot at all, only the bathroom sink. "

"The minute we walked in the door we were pleasantly surprised. The kitchen was so well stocked that we were able to pull off a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner for 7 ( the 2nd oven helped). It was cold outside so we constantly had a fire blazing in the living room/kitchen. The dog had so much fun running outside around the house. And the bedrooms and bathrooms were very well thought out. The hosts thought of everything to insure our comfort. We hated to leave after 4 nights, but hopefully we will be back."

"Pros: the house is brand new, spacious, clean, and had plenty of space. It is beautifully decorated.The kitchen is extremely well stocked, it even has a spice drawer. Nicest pots and pans I’ve ever seen in a rental property. Games and books were a nice touch. The views from the back deck are truly spectacular.Cons: this was our first trip so we did not understand the layout of the island, but the house is isolated at the southern end. There is a marina and a massive RV park right next-door, but that is it. The house feels out of place.I was VERY disappointed with the rental company… There was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms or in the kitchen. We were given two tiny bars of soap for our entire party so we had to keep carrying them from bathroom to bathroom. No shampoo, conditioner, body wash or washing machine soap/pods.We were given three rolls of toilet paper when there are four bathrooms in the house. There were no cushions on the porch furniture, which was never addressed.For a luxury rental (with a luxury price tag) I expect the basics, soap to wash your hands and toilet paper in every bathroom, soap for each shower, and just a starter bottle of shampoo. I have stayed in far more modest accommodations with much better service in this regard. They were prompt to respond, but made no effort to improve the situation. "
