Nestled within the lush vegetated nature and situated on the hilltop of Evreti Village, one of Kefalonia’s forest clad hillsides with heavenly views, conveying soul soothing calmness. This villa boasts stunning views across to Ithaca and Lefkas islands. A quality, stone-built villa with a bohemian air and perfect appeal to those guests who appreciate something different from the norm. The bohemian decor offers a relaxed and unique aesthetic charm. The lower floor rooms are filled with sunlight, having direct access to the outdoor spaces and enjoying the stunning views of the Ionian Sea. The upper floor room with its veranda and its amazing view is described as a gift to the soul perfect for reading, enjoying a drink and watching the sunset across blue waters. The interior of the house is serene and cozy with an intimate atmosphere. The materials are natural, stone, wood, thrift wood and wicker, creating a very peaceful feeling. Designed to take full advantage of the stunning views, the villa tucked amidst sprawling land full of green pine olive and cypress trees, fragrant lavenders and being adjacent to the woods, provides the ultimate peaceful atmosphere “away from it all”. The daily passage of the goats and their tingling bells adds an additional charm of the local Greek countryside living. The outdoor space, designed to be as comfortable and livable as the indoor one, includes a private swimming pool that overlooks the seascape, a romantic pergola dining area, a lounge, sun beds under the olive tree and a four post relaxing sun bed. If you grow tired of looking out for sailing boats and sunsets in the horizon, take a walk in the serene country side. Within a ten minute walk down the road, a pathway leads from Evreti church to a hidden beach with emerald waters, while more beaches can be found along the coast. Within 4 km you reach the cosmopolitan, colourful and picturesque Port of Fiskardo, famous for its unspoilt architecture, display of glamorous yachts and wonderful fresh fish taverns, bars and restaurants. Amazing house in paradise!!

Our family of 4 spent a week here. It is just perfect. Beautiful views, gorgeous house with super comfy beds and lots of outdoor seating. The pool was so lovely on the hot days of August. There’s a nice breeze most of the time bc the house is up high. You do need a car here and the directions given by the host were very accurate. Fiscardo is about 15 minutes from the house, only bc you can’t drive fast on the narrow roads. There’s many beaches near by, too. Stay at Villa Mystic and create special memories like our family, you won’t be disappointed.
