Nothing says romance like whisking that special someone away on a villa holiday, and Villa Baby Lemoni is the perfect intimate couple’s escape. Set in a dreamy corner of Kefalonia, within the quiet village of Trapezaki, which hums a slow and calm tune. Boasting an elevated position, the views speak for themselves, with sweeping panoramas of the glistening Ionian Sea and Trapezaki Bay. Villa Baby Lemoni is surrounded by lush greenery and rests on a woodland-dense hillside, backed by the craggy scenery of the soaring Mount Ainos. Take in the soaring views from the quaint terrace, with a sparkling infinity pool that hangs over the incredible scenery. Framed by twin sun loungers and a dining table for two, soak up the sun and dine alfresco in your couple’s hideaway.
The wide terrace doors bring the outside in, decorated with a chic boho overhaul with macramé wall hangings, frilly throw cushions and fragrant candles. Although built in a cosy studio-design, Villa Baby Lemoni still manages to feel spacious and bright. Hidden in the corner is the large wicker-style double bed, with candles on both bedside tables to create a homely atmosphere. The sleek white kitchen is lined up against the back of the living area, with plenty of room to whip up a meal and sink into the sofa. Or take a stroll to one of Trapezaki’s traditional tavernas to sample ouzo and wines from the island. Just a short drive away is Trapezaki’s small sandy beach, with the Blue Flag-awarded Lourdas beach just ten minutes further down the coast. Discover the island’s thriving capital, Argostoli, by delving into one of its museums or walking along its bustling restaurant and shop-lined promenade.
