Εξοχική κατοικία που βρίσκεται στο χωρίο Βώβυκες μόλις 3 χιλιόμετρα από την παραλία Πετανοί. Η κατοικία βρίσκεται σε λόφο πάνω από το χωρίο και δεν συνορεύει με κάποια άλλη κατοικία. Είναι κτισμένη μέσα σε αγρόκτημα 2 στρεμμάτων με κήπο και δέντρα. Η κατοικία αποτελείται από ισόγειο 100 τ.μ που περιλαμβάνει καθιστικό,τραπεζαρία - κουζίνα μπάνιο και 1 κρεβατοκάμαρα με 2 μονά κρεβάτια και σοφίτα επενδυμένη με ξύλο επιφανείας 50 τ.μ που περιλαμβάνει 1 μεγάλη κρεβατοκάμαρα με 1 διπλό κρεβάτι, 1 ημίδιπλο και 1 βρεφική κούνια.
Η κατοικία είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλα όσα χρειάζεται μια οικογένεια για να εξασφαλίσει μια άψογη διαμονή. Στον εξωτερικό χώρο υπάρχει μεγάλη αυλή εξοπλισμένη με έπιπλα εξωτερικού χώρου, αιώρα, ξαπλώστρες παιδική τσουλίθρα, τραμπάλα και κουνιστό αλογάκι καθώς επίσης και εγκατάσταση μπάρμπεκιου. Σε αρκετά κοντινές αποστάσεις βρίσκονται οι καλύτερες παραλίες της περιοχής Πετανοί , Αθέρας, Λέπεδα, Μέγα Λάκκος, Ξι, Βάτσα, Κουνόπετρα και σε όλες ο επισκέπτης μπορεί να βρεί υπέροχες ταβέρνες με παραδοσιακά φαγητά .Το αεροδρόμιο της Κεφαλλονιάς βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50 λεπτών με Ι.Χ και ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι κάτοχος ΤΑΧΙ και Minibus και μπορεί να σας μεταφέρει από και πρός τις εγκαταστάσεις με επιπλέον χρέωση.
