A private path leads to a small beach in front of the property, but a few meters away there is also a well-organized beach, called Gradakia. The complex combines tradition with modern amenities. It offers complete tranquility, with luxury living and breathtaking view. The large outdoor area is also an important feature, is made with passion and with the prospect of the visitor spending time there enjoying the company of a book and the sound of the waves by the swimming pool.. The studio feature a private veranda on the ground floor with wonderful garden view and partial sea view as well as all conveniences that come with a comfortable stay: air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, double bed, dining table and chairs, shower and bathroom amenities.
