I received no VIP benefits. Our room was next to a noisy mechanical room. There was one washcloth in a room meant to sleep four. Carpet was stained. Not a single chair in the room. Towel hook was broken. Positives: the ceilings were high.

Spacious, mountainside by lift and alpine slide and mountain breeze was delightful all with easy bus to downtown within 5 minutes or a 15 minute walk.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was nice and quiet and the bus stop that takes you anywhere in town was easy to access and it was close to our room. We were very happy with our stay and will be returning hopefully soon!

"We stay here 6 or 7 times a year. Theres been some bumps but they have always stepped up to make things right. The tower luxury rooms are great and they are our daughter’s favorite. We always recommend this hotel and enjoy the 20+ days we stay there a year"
