"This hotel got everything right. Made my winter holiday with my family a great memory. Rooms were spacious and nice, views were amazing, easy access to ski lifts, wonderful

buffet, outdoor hot tub pool, and best of all dogs with puppies for the kids to play with. Definitely visiting next year though i do wish they make more budget friendly shuttle services available to New Gudauri."

"We had 2 bookings with Expedia for 3 rooms at this hotel, but upon arrival, we were informed by the hotel staff that they have only received 1 booking from Expedia. Instead of throwing us out in the cold (like many other hotels would probably do), they did all the hard work for us by calling Expedia to solve this problem, which is of no fault of theirs. From our vast travel experience, we think most hotels would have expected us to call Expedia ourselves, to try and find out where our booking...

"A lovely hotel in a lovely ski resort. Great views on the mountains from the

facilities. Unfortunately, there is a big problem with the staff at the reception and also in the

facilities. Unhelpful, not interested, some even bluntly rude. Some would spend their time looking at their phones while you’re talking to them. The reception staff let us check in into a room which wasn’t ready and when we got back downstairs with all our luggage (no one offered to help with the luggage) we were...
