Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Setenönü und es war alles perfekt. Die hervorragend Lage inmitten der Altstadt ist unschlagbar und das Hotel ist eine liebevoll und verwinkelte kleine Anlage. Hat was von einer Karawan Saray. Der Empfang nachts war sehr freundlich und unproblematisch. Unser absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück. Der Küchenchef dort war ständig bemüht, jeden Gast mit kleinen Extras zu verwöhnen. Unserer besonderer Dank gilt der Hotermanagerin Figen, die uns in sehr gutem Englisch mit Tips und Informationen versorgt hat. Wir haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf‘s nächste Jahr. Çok teşekkür ederiz!!!

Ailece 1 gece konaklama yaptık, konumu iyi etrafta ses olmuyor olması güzel fakat havalandırmadan aşırı gürültü geliyor biz çok rahatsız olduk ve bu yüzden gece rahat uyuyamadık. Odalar güzel bir sıkıntısı yok fakat tuvaletteki temizlikten de memnun kalmadık, iyi temizlendiğini düşünmüyorum.

Très bon hôtel

L'hôtel est situé à plus au moins 10 min à pied du centre ville, le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. J'ai bien aimé l'aspect général, L'hôtel ressemble à un bâtiment historique avec un hamam juste à côté. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel pour ceux qui viennent à Kayseri ❤

İdare eder

Kahvaltı salonu havalandırmaya sahip değil ve iştah kapatan bir koku sizi karşılıyor. Odalar çok rahat banyo güzel konforlu yataklar ancak mini bar boş. Resepsiyonda duran genç hanımefendi her anımızda yanımızdaydı ona sonsuz teşekkür ediyorum. Onun dışında çalışanlar asık suratlı ve nedensizce tedirgin. Odamızın anahtarını yanımıza alıp şehir turuna çıktık ve odamız geldiğimizde yedek anahtarla açılıp temizlenmiş. Temizlenmesini istesek anahtar bırakırdık zaten. Çirkin bir durum ancak iyi niyetle yapıldığını düşünüyorum. Çift olarak gittiğimiz otelde ısrarla iki ayrı yatak vermek isteyen resepsiyonist arkadaşın tavrı hiç hoş değil, hayat sandığınız kadar çirkin değil beyefendi.
