Staff were very courteous and helpful. Room was great. Hotel is not close to city centre but they will provide a complimentary shuttle to the sister hotel in city centre. Only negative was the bathroom needs some maintenance, not up to the quality of the room.

Very good place to stay with lovely rooms, facilities and excellent staff. In particular Sameh, Hadeer and Alaa Hussein on reception were exceptionally friendly and super helpful as was Mohammed in the Juzeer restaurant. If I go to Aswan again I’ll definitely stay at Zen/MGM.
