"We love the food. Everything was delicious. That was thr best thing we experienced in this hotel. And also they have free drinks. The room is spacious. Bathroom looks clean. "Staff and food were excellent. Property is old and needs upgrading. It rained overnight while we were there and the hotel leaked in corridors. Water everywhere in corridors and the stairs between floors. Rooms acceptable but not as clean as they should be. "Very spacious room with private onsen at an affordable price. Nice half board at the restaurant with Mt Fuji view. Check in was a bit troublesome as you have to go to the guesthouse at the far end which is a bit of a distance from our hotel room. But it's walkable and got shuttle bus. You can use onsen at other property in that area too."
