The room was very dusty and dirty. It was very tiny! It was very difficult to get the heater to work. I’ve stayed at the sister hotel Midoriya, and I’d highly recommend going there instead! The amenities, rooms, and customer service are much better!

Simply beautiful. The onsen was so wonderful and the community onsen was even better. The staff were absolute professionals and went above and beyond our expectations.
