"This Hotel far exceeded my expectations. My flight was canceled due to a snowstorm in the United States so I stayed in three of the room types offered. initially I was with my brother so we upgraded to a twin room on the east side of the building. This room was spacious with desk space two beds. When my brother left I down graded to a single bed room on the east side, the bed was bigger but the room was considerably smaller but still great for one person. This room did not have the best view out of the window. I then moved to a single in the main building and this room was similar to the single on the east side just seemed a little more updated with a better view. All rooms had electric tea kettle, mini fridge, and desk lamp. These are the normal things but the rooms are thoughtfully made with lighting controlled at the bed console that allows for tons of ways to set the perfect mood for how you are feeling. They provide shower caps, brushes, hair ties, q tips, and razors standard. Great liquid soap and the showers are well laid out with immediate hot water with a numbered dial for temperature. The hotel is close to multiple subway stations and close to restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc…. I would stay here again if it stayed in my budget."

"The room was clean, small (felt crowded with 2 adults and 4 checked luggages) but was easy access to the train station and nearby shops. If you want an American breakfast, McDonalds is across the street. "

"I stayed here twice in Feb 2026. The first time for 6 nights and the second time for 2 nights. The room was quite small but the bed and pillows were comfortable. There’s a safe and fridge and the hotel provides a lot of amenities in the bathroom - shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes with toothpaste, razors with shaving cream, hair brushes, cotton buds etc. Housekeeping was excellent but they always left me notes informing me that they wouldn’t throw out trash that wasn’t in the garbage bins, or they won’t empty a kettle with water in it etc. It got to be a bit annoying. On my first stay, housekeeping left me 2 bottles of drinking water everyday but on my second stay, only one bottle a day. Tap water is perfectly safe to drink though. I used the hotel laundry service once and they were excellent. If they pick up before 9 am they return your washed laundry by 6 pm. I used their laundromat once too. They are pretty cool. For 500 yen or more (depending on load size), the machine washes and dries for you and detergent is dispensed automatically. All in one machine! Typical high tech Japan. I had buffet breakfast at Cross Dine 4 times. It has a nice spread but they don’t change the menu much so it gets tiring. 711 is only a block down and that’s where I bought most of my food. They have an excellent selection, prices are reasonable and they have new meals often. The hotel provides a microwave near the lobby so it’s convenient to microwave food from 711."
