Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"It is a long walk from the security checkpoint of Terminal 3 of Haneda Airport, but once you arrive, you’ll be at awe by the sheer size of the hotel, along with various art. The check in was very quick and even though it was a long walk to my room, the payoff was well worth it. It was spacious and clean. Unlike most hotels where the prefabricated restrooms are small and cramped, it was very roomy. The bed was big and firm, so I slept like a baby. There was even a small couch and table, which were a nice bonus. But the biggest selling point: the view. Pull the curtains and you’re treated to a view of downtown Tokyo, including Tokyo Tower and Tokyo SkyTree. Oh, did I mention that there is a Lawson konbini just outside the hotel entrance, so if you jonesing for some snacks and drinks, you don’t have to venture far.
I will definitely be staying there again and I cannot recommend this hotel enough."
"Room is clean and comfortable , AC works well, breakfast is great with buffet type of many choices- Western and Asian
Staff is helpful and attended to our needs promptly."
"The room was clean and can notify if there was no need to clean. Staff was hospitable and tried their best to assist. English was not always very good. I didn’t have breakfast as part of my plan but found a City Bakery close by that served breakfast and had a wide variation and choices. Did not use hotel laundry.
A few points:
The hot water pot directions how to use was non-exists t and once heated, if left alone a bit, the water disappeared. Clock in the room the last 2 days was not giving correct time. Could not figure out how to turn on the tv. Button never turned it on. Did not call reception as was not much in the room to watch tv. Did try 2-3 times. Never figured it out or whether it was broken."
"Great hotel. Excellent and responsive staff. Spacious room. I have no criticisms. The location couldn’t be better if you like to shop and have fun in Kabukicho."
