Panoramaview Kaunergrat

The Kaunergrat Apartment is picturesquely situated high above the entrance to the Kaunertal in the idyllic Kaunerberg. Surrounded by sunny slopes, guests can enjoy the tranquillity and unspoilt nature of the Tyrolean Alps. The authentic charm of a farm with horses and cows makes it easy to forget everyday life. The very friendly owners lovingly look after their guests. Fresh products such as eggs and milk are sold directly from the farm.



The Kaunergrat Nature Park with its rich flora and fauna and the family-friendly Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis region, which offers a varied winter and summer programme, are located nearby.



The flat itself impresses with its tasteful furnishings with natural materials, which emphasise the alpine character and at the same time create a cosy atmosphere. The well thought-out room layout and the loving design by the owners make this holiday home an ideal retreat for anyone who wants to combine nature and comfort. From the flat you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains - a panorama that exudes its own fascination at any time of year.



With two cosy bedrooms - one equipped with a double bed, the other with two single beds - the flat offers space for a restful night's sleep. The living room has a sofa bed that offers additional space for up to six people if required. The living and dining area is open-plan and invites you to enjoy convivial meals or relaxed evenings. The well-equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and the dining table offers space for all guests to dine together. The bathroom is fitted with modern, high-quality materials and offers a spacious shower.



The newly built flat is located on the first floor of a traditional farmhouse. The large garden invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors and is the perfect place to enjoy the fresh mountain air or simply marvel at the view of the majestic Alps.

Wer eine schöne und moderne Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick auf die Berge sucht ist hier genau richtig. Durch die vereinzelte Lage ist es idyllisch und dennoch sind alle notwendigen Geschäfte in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Hinzu kommt eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereiteite Gastgeberfamilie - ich komme gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend, die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Unsere Tochter konnte beim Versorgen der Tiere mithelfen und dabei sein. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist ein guter Startpunkt zum Skifahren, aber auch zum Wandern im Sommer. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.
