This newly renovated apartment is an excellent choice for those looking for a comfortable and functional accommodation solution for their stay. Tastefully decorated and uniquely designed, this apartment is fully equipped to make you feel right at home. The apartment consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa-bed and a smart TV, a kitchen with all its appliances, a separate bedroom with a wide bed, and a bathroom.

Due to the layout of the apartment, up to 4 people can comfortably stay here. And thanks to the windows in the apartment, arranged in such a way that the sun reaches the apartment constantly, the rooms are always full of natural light, which will never make you feel gloomy.

The apartment is located in the very heart of the old town - on V. Sladkevičiaus Street, which is just a few meters from the main street of the old town - Vilniaus Street. The location of this apartment will not allow you to miss the hustle and bustle of the city, while also allowing you to observe this old town life from the side.

The old town itself is full of the history of the city of Kaunas and beautiful architecture, so every visit to the neighbourhood of this apartment will not disappoint you. In the old town, you will find everything: beauty salons, clothing stores, handicraft shops, regular grocery stores, restaurants and cafes of all countries' cuisines, bars, and places serving nightlife lovers.

As for the lovers of history, you can also visit attractions within easy reach, such as Laisvės Alley, the historical Presidency of the Republic of Lithuania, the Town Hall, Kaunas Castle, Santaka Park and many other places.

You can reach many places of leisure, shops and eateries just on foot. If you need to reach a further area, you can always use public transport, using the public transport schedules and the ticketing apps "Trafi", and "Žiogas" you will reach any area of Kaunas without any problems. During the warm season, the "Bolt" and "CityBee" apps offer to rent electric scooters, and bicycles, and to drive in their various rental cars all year round. And if you plan to use your transport, you will find more than one gas station in the neighbourhood of center of Kaunas. The parking space is also taken care of, you can park your vehicle in the yard right next to the apartment.

The apartment is on the first floor, and getting to the apartment does require climbing stairs.

The limit of people in the apartment is the number of people mentioned in the reservation—no extra guests.
Children of all ages are allowed.
Smoking inside the apartments is not allowed.
Pets are allowed (Extra charges will apply). The guest must collect pet droppings.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00.
Guest must wash their used dishes and take out the garbage before their check-out
Pet fee - 10€ / night for each pet
Guests are forbidden to move all furniture (except chairs)
The apartment is prepared with one set of bedding on the bed, regardless of bed size. Additional bedding, bed linen, and towels for the remaining guests mentioned on the reservation are stored in the apartment (in the sofa bed compartment or wardrobe) for you to use and arrange as needed.
