"This property is simply next level in decor, comfort and staff. Breakfast was wonderful including freshly squeezed Kiwi juice (what a treat for my first visit to Auckland and New Zealand). Obviously a well managed property! Bravo!"

"We organised a one-night staycation and were unfortunately disappointed with the overall condition of the room. The couch was stained and overall cleanliness was terrible, the furniture felt outdated, and there was no dining table in the suite we booked. To make matters worse, the bathtub drainage wasn’t working properly, and the toilet flush button was also faulty. It was clear that the property hasn’t been maintained to the standard expected. The hotel looks impressive in the booking photos, but our experience did not reflect a true five-star level of quality. Sadly, based on this stay, I wouldn’t consider it a five-star experience."
