"Loud throughout the night"

"The staff is so kind and helpful. It's right next door to a real Texas Rodeo. Rodeo goes on starting in May. The food was well made for the breakfast. All & all, a nice place at a good value. Peter Barnes"

"Staff at front desk rude . I think if you have a question they have to answer it nicely and not with a dumb attitude making you feel uncomfortable . Except for one guy that was there Sunday morning. He was the nicest one of the other two. "

"The only thing that seemed cleaned was the bed. It did have fresh linens although there were cigarette burns in them. The bathroom was awful. Long black hairs in the shower, urine spots on the floor and toilet. The rack for the towels was partly torn from the wall and had toilet paper stuck in the holes in the wall. The sink had toothpaste and hair in it. The floors were sticky and had food on it. The worker in the front was not interested in helping the situation. The only reason i gave it 2 stars is because it was a fairly nice area. Sooo disappointed.."
