Wir wollten nicht nur in alten Erinnerungen schwelgen, sondern auch unsere Heimatstadt wieder einmal besuchen. Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung machte das Ganze zu einem wunderbaren Erlebnis, da es uns an nichts fehlte. Wir fühlten uns in der großen behaglichen und hellen Wohnung sehr wohl. "Wenn man Wert auf Autonomie und autarkes Wohnens setzt, dann ist man in dem kleinen Häuschen im Garten sehr gut wieder zu finden. Für meine Hündin war es der Allerschönste Urlaub und auch die umgebenden Felder und Wälder laden ein, um spazieren zu gehen und Rehe zu beobachten, den Hund wirklich laufen zu lassen und sorgenfrei, ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Ich kann den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen."

"Die Ferienwohnung ist ein sehr hübsche und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sie beinhaltet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Nebenan wohnt die Vermieterin, welche ebenfalls sehr nett ist. Der Ort ist recht abgelegen, aber kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind jedoch mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Der See ist fußläufig gut erreichbar, das Wasser ist klar und lädt zum Baden ein. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, an dem man toll entspannen kann."

"Neben der geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung und ihrer naturnahen, wundervoll ruhigen Lage sind unbedingt die unaufdringliche Hilfsbereitschaft und die Freundlichkeit der beiden Gastgeber Silvio und Jürgen zu erwähnen, die für Fragen und Bitten immer ein offenes Ohr hatten. Wir fühlten uns auf diesem Hof vom ersten Moment an wohl. Zum Bauernhof gehören ein toller Hofladen und viele Tiere, von denen unsere Kinder natürlich begeistert waren. "Nach einem super Empfang in einer tollen Unterkunft machten wir uns am Samstag auf die Feldberger Seenlandschaft zu erkunden. Erst mit einer geführten Bootstour, die sehr lustig und lehrreich war. Danach zu Fuss zum Räucherfisch essen und final im Alten Zollhaus zum romantischen Abendessen am See. Insgesamt ein tolles Wochenende."

"Ruhe und Natur pur. Das Haus liegt mitten im Müritz-Nationalpark im Bereich von Serrahn. Wer will, kann etliche Wanderungen direkt vom Ferienhaus starten lassen. An den kühlen, verregneten Novembertagen an denen wir da waren, wärmte das romantische Kaminfeuer hervorragend. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ uns nichts vermissen. "Eine sehr saubere Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein. Reicht völlig aus. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Wir waren zur viert dort. Das Grundstück ist groß. Direkt am Waldweg. "We stopped overnight here and stayed in the guest house which is located a short stroll from the main hotel. The guest house is more like a motel type room lacking character but was fine for the in einem night. The actual hotel is located by the dam and it was lovely to sit out and drink a beer by the side of it. We also walked into nearby Feldberg an der around the half island which was interesting. The restaurant food and also breakfast was tasty with good choices."

Beware of Hidden Fees
"Beware of Hidden Fees. We got hit with a €110 extra bill when leaving, with no communication of these fees beforehand. The check-in staff was nice but the person at checkout was very rude and argumentative. Stating that it was our fault for not knowing that there were extra fees for the sauna even though it is not stated anywhere at the hotel, on their website, on hotels.com or in any email communication and they failed to tell us this when we asked multiple times (!) about using the sauna. In addition they sent an email stating a $25.60 nightly charge for an extra person. But then they proceeded to charge us €30 per night which is a much higher rate, without informing us at all when we checked in. Overall it’s a shame because the place is nice and it made the stay unpleasant. We’ve travelled in this region a lot and have never had issues before this. The staff needs more training and they need to be more transparent around pricing which would make it much nicer."
