The attention from the staff was outstanding, always warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, which made the experience even more special. The spa was incredible—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. We also loved the trails near the river, which added a beautiful nature element to the stay. Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel for a romantic getaway, highly recommended"

"The location was beautiful with an incredible view of the volcano and surrounding landscape. The gardens were great for seeing wildlife and birds. The staff was kind and attentive and the breakfast options were delicious. The one working hot tub was so relaxing. Our room was clean and huge although a little dated. The driveway to the property was rough, but it was part of the adventure and we saw wild pigs, coati and lots of birds along the drive. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return!"
