Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. "I loved it! Only after booking it, I realised it was Brazilian-themed and, as a Brazilian, it was a very pleasant surprise! I loved the pão de queijo, coxinha, bolinha de queijo and mango juice for breakfast, made me feel like home. Moreover, very good location, close to all thre transport links you will need to airport and city center. The room was big and clean, and it was a studio so added bonus of little kitchen and little sofa/dining table. Staff very friendly and helpful, from both the reception and from the breakfast area."
