"From the moment we arrived, the owners were so kind and helpful, even organising a full-day safari with an amazing guide where we spotted three leopards and so much more. The rooms were spotless, honestly the cleanest we saw in our whole month in Sri Lanka, and could easily match a high-end hotel in Europe or the US. "The hotel kept on saying I have not paid, lock all doors and did not allow us to check in until I shown them my confirmation email. The rooms were very dirty especially the toilet. All things were broken in the shower room, no hot water, no blankets. Please keep away from this hotel if possible."

"We arrived to a warm welcome from the staff. They were caring and attentive throughout our stay. There's not a lot to do after your safari in the surrounding area in terms of shops or stalls. "Our stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala was absolutely wonderful! The resort itself is incredibly luxurious, with beautiful surroundings that make you feel completely relaxed. We loved the little wildlife moments—monkeys and chipmunks even wandered right outside our room, which made the experience feel very special. The food was buffet style with a huge variety of choices, and every meal was delicious. From breakfast to dinner, there was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently impressive. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. They made us feel comfortable and ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish."
