"Unique atmosphere and really friendly host!"

"Hi, the property was nice, but in the middle of the rice fields. They did not serve dinner, so you have to take a tuktuk to town. The room itself was large and beautiful, but the AC did not work and there was no fridge in the room."

"The ambiance, surroundings. Cleanliness, and service all were excellent "

"We had an excellent stay! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was very clean and had everything we needed. They helped us to arrange safari, food and transport as well. The safari was amazing and our driver was the best! Food was also amazing. "

"Ansprechende, saubere Zimmer. Neuer Pool mit Liegestühlen und Schirmen. Netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Frühstück und Abendessen in der Unterkunft war außergewöhnlich gut und reichhaltig"

It was a mess at the checkout time and they insisted...

"スタッフの対応が納得できない。"

Fortunately the auto rickshaw driver was knowledgeable about the place so took us to a nearby place. This did not have any name but there was someone to entertain us. He claimed that was the Palugaha resort & also said there was no intimation from Expedia reg my booking. However, he was kind enough to arrange the room for us. After that, everything was fine....

"Great stay and great service. The hotel was overbooked, so our host went out of his way to find us a nicer room nearby. Also did the safari through the hotel - couldn't of asked for more!"
