"I booked this stay for my parents and they had a wonderful times. My dad is in wheelchair and my sister forgot to tell the front desk during check in, but was able to get different room with shower access instead of bathtub. That was wonderful that they were able to do that. Overall the staff are always friendly and the hotel is always clean. I would definitely recommend staying here."

It was only let down by the very loud noise of the air con fan and the wifi cut in and out constantly especially in our room. Thank you for being such a great one of Indonesia 5 stars hotel. The only thing I like to suggest to have room fridge a bit cooler.
