Villa Nura - Dream Villa with Ocean View, Pool, and Sauna

Wake up to a view of the Adriatic Sea and swim your first laps in the heated saltwater pool as the sun rises over the hills of Istria. Villa Nura enjoys a privileged location above the coast in Kaštelir, with no neighbouring houses to obstruct the panoramic view all the way to the sea.

The villa features four air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, ideal for up to 8 guests who value privacy and comfort. The open-concept kitchen-living area, featuring high-end appliances, flows seamlessly onto the covered terrace—perfect for spending evenings together under the open sky as the sun dips into the sea.

The garden with sun loungers and the outdoor kitchen with a grill make every day feel like a holiday, and after a day at the beach, the sauna with an outdoor view provides relaxation on cool evenings. A private fitness room rounds out the amenities.

The charming village of Kaštelir, awarded the title of “Best Tourist Village,” is just a few minutes’ walk away and features authentic restaurants and small shops.
