Private: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, hot tub, table tennis, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue (swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking on the premises, single garage. Shop 3 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3.5 km, pebble beach 4 km, rocky beach 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC.
