Beautiful home in Kastel Sucurac

  • Simply furnished cottage with pleasantly large yard and garden. Two floors are at your disposal, one apartment is located on the first floor, the other on the upper floor. The floors are connected by an external staircase. Ideal for two small families. Behind the house there is a pool and a terrace with barbecue. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. The pebble beach is about 1200 m away. A part, about 100 m of the access road to the house, is not asphalted. Visit the cities of Split and Trogir with their numerous historical sights. 500 m from the house is a cement factory.

Tolles Haus mit besonderem Schnitt (2 kleine, getrennte Wohnungen), ideal für uns (Familie mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern). Beonderes Highlight ist natürlich der Pool: Eingelassen und ca. 4x6 m, also nicht nur das typische "Planschbecken". Auch die Liegefläche und die Sitzlandschaft um den Pool herum sowie der schattige Essplatz sind sehr schön gestaltet. Das Vermieterpaar ist sehr nett, Kommunikation und checkin-checkout sind unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung des Hauses mit Klimaanlagen und Spülmaschine lässt kaum Wünsche offen. (Fliegengitter auch im 1. Stock wären sinnvoll.) Die Lage ist gut: recht ruhig und gut geschützt vor Blicken der wenigen Nachbarn in einem hübschen Garten mit Olivenbäumen. Das Zentrum des kleinen Ortes, Badeplatz, Bäcker und einige große Supermärrkte sind (mit dem Auto allerdings) in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, ebenso ist man in knapp 15 min in Split. Man sieht zwar vom Balkon aus neben dem Meer auch eine stillgelegte Zementfabrik, die aber evtl. bald abgerissen werden wird. Klare Empfehlung.

Petar en zijn vrouw zijn verschrikkelijk lieve mensen. Huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Strand is 5 minuten met de auto en de stad Split 15 minuten. Niet super de luxe maar dat zochten wij ook niet. Nu al 2 keer hier gelogeerd en volgend jaar weer👌🏻
