Beautiful home in Kastel Kambelovac

  • The cottage is located on a plot about 500 meters from the main road. You are surrounded by the greenery of nature and olive trees. From the terrace by the swimming pool you have a partial view of the sea. This bungalow consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, bathroom, and a kitchen-living room, with another sleeping possibility. On the right side of the house, just by the pool terrace, is the barbecue with wooden table and benches, for convivial moments. The house is located at a good starting point, as the airport, marina and the historic center of Trogir, Salona and Split are nearby.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer erreichbar sind.

Sehr nette Vermieter, die immer erreichbar sind. Unterkunft verfügt über alles was benötigt wird und es gibt durch die zuvorkommenden Vermieter die Möglichkeit Wein und Feigen zu erhalten. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Auch auf Nachrichten wurde direkt geantwortet. Der Pool wird zweimal die Woche gereinigt und das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Umgebung ist Trogir sehr zu empfehlen. Lediglich bei der Lage auf dem Hang sollte man über einen PKW verfügen. Mit dem PKW ist alles in der Nähe verfügbar. Das große Highlight ist der Pool mit der Terassenlandschaft. Das Trampolin ist nicht mehr verfügbar, was uns jedoch nicht störte, da es einfach perfekt war.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen verleben dürfen. Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich ruhig gelegen und von Olivenbäumen umgeben. Die Vermieterin hat uns herzlich empfangen. Der Pool ist das absolute Highlight und wird 2x die Woche gereinigt. Der Aussenbereich ist sehr schön gestaltet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man ist schnell in Split oder Trogir. Die Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern sind super und kühlen die Räume sehr schnell runter. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas spartanisch. Es gibt keinen Backofen und auch keinen Toaster. Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden, ebenfalls ein Kontaktgrill und ein Sandwichmaker. Wir waren zu fünft. Der Kühlschrank ist für diese Personenanzahl etwas klein, wenn man Getränke und Lebensmittel drin kühlen möchte, wird es schon was eng. Dafür wäre eine elektrische Kühlbox empfehlenswert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus sehr empfehlen. Einen Negativpunkt gibt es allerdings doch. Ziemlich viele Ameisen, diese haben sich leider des Öfteren an Lebensmitteln bedient, wenn wir was draußen vergessen hatten. Das war recht nervig und auch mit Insektenspray kamen sie immer wieder durch alle Ritzen in der Küche. Das war unschön und der einzige Kritikpunkt.
